Ingredients: Organic sorghum pasta (organic sorghum flour), organic red lentils, organic black beans, organic carrots, organic onion, organic tomato, Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend (organic black pepper, organic crushed red pepper flakes, organic garlic, organic basil, organic oregano, organic parsley, organic rosemary), organic spinach, organic garlic, organic celery.

YOU WILL NEED (4 SERVINGS):

  • 6 cups unsalted or reduced sodium vegetable broth or stock
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt, optional

      DIRECTIONS:

      1. Remove carrots & lentils packet from package.
      2. In large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine broth, carrots & lentils packet and salt, if desired. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
      3. Stir in remaining contents of package. Cover and continue simmering, stirring occasionally, 11-13 minutes or until desired doneness of pasta. Makes 4 servings.
