A blend of organic gluten-free sorghum fusilli pasta, mushrooms and spices. Simmered with ground beef, almondmilk (or milk of choice) and beef broth.

Ingredients: Organic sorghum pasta (organic sorghum flour), organic onion, organic garbanzo bean flour, organic mushrooms, organic garlic, organic dill weed, organic black pepper.

YOU WILL NEED (4 SERVINGS):

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2½ cups unsalted or reduced sodium beef broth
  • 1½ cups unsweetened almondmilk or milk of choice
  • ½-¾ teaspoon sea salt, optional

      DIRECTIONS:

      1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble beef until no longer pink. Drain.
      2. Stir in broth, milk and contents of package. Bring to a simmer (Do Not Boil). Reduce heat.
      3. Simmer, uncovered, 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until pasta is desired doneness and sauce is desired consistency (sauce will thicken upon standing). Salt to taste. Makes 4 servings
