Blackened Seafood Seasoning Blend

• A custom blend of flavorful spicy chile peppers, herbs and spices perfect for rubbing on fish, seafood, chicken, pork or veggies and searing. 2 oz. glass jar.
• Ingredients: Organic paprika, organic garlic, organic onion, organic black pepper, organic cayenne, organic white pepper, organic thyme, organic oregano.

• Suggested Uses: Liberally sprinkle on seafood. Sear in oil or butter until blackened. Sprinkle on chicken or veggies and sauté or grill. Sprinkle on potatoes or mix into rice. Stir into sour cream for a seasoned sour cream.

Cajun Creole Seasoning Blend

• A custom blend of flavorful organic New Orleans herbs and spices. Perfect for making jambalaya or sprinkling on chicken and veggies. 1.8 oz. glass jar.
• Ingredients: Organic paprika, organic garlic, organic onion, organic black pepper, organic cayenne, organic white pepper, organic lemon peel, organic basil, organic thyme, organic oregano.
