Black Bean Chili Mix

• A blend of organic black beans, onions, red and green bell peppers and a blend of chili seasonings . Simmered with ground beef or turkey, tomatoes and beef or chicken broth. Finished with masa harina to give the chili a wonderful flavor and texture.
  
• Ingredients: Organic black beans, organic onion, organic red and green bell peppers, organic cumin, organic ancho chile powder, organic masa harina, organic garlic, organic cayenne, organic oregano.
• Makes 2 servings.
• Just Add: Ground beef, no salt added crushed tomatoes and unsalted or reduced sodium beef or chicken broth.

Chicken Tortilla Soup Mix

• A blend of organic black beans, corn, red and green bell peppers, tomatoes, onions and Tex-Mex seasonings. Simmered with chicken breasts and chicken broth. Finished with masa harina to give the soup a wonderful tortilla flavor and rich texture. 
• Ingredients: Organic black beans, organic corn, organic tomatoes, organic onions, organic cumin, organic red and green bell peppers, organic masa harina, organic ancho chile powder, organic garlic, organic cilantro.
• Makes 2 servings.
• Just Add: Unsalted or reduced sodium chicken broth and chicken breasts.

Coconut Curry Lentil Soup Mix

• A blend of organic red lentils, onions, carrots, spinach, garlic and our signature Hot Curry Seasoning Blend. Simmered with vegetable or chicken broth. Finished with coconut milk.
  
• Ingredients: Organic red lentils, organic onion, organic carrots, hot curry seasoning blend (organic turmeric, organic coriander, organic cumin, organic garlic, organic black pepper, organic dried gingerroot, organic fenugreek, organic crushed red pepper flakes, organic yellow mustard, organic white pepper, organic cayenne, organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg, organic cilantro, organic cardamom, organic cloves) organic spinach, organic garlic.
