A custom blend of savory herbs and spices for perfectly seasoned breakfast sausage and so much more. Hand-blended in small batches. 1 oz. glass jar.

Ingredients: Organic black pepper, organic sage, organic oregano, organic crushed red pepper flakes, organic cloves.
Directions for Sausage: Mix 2 teaspoons Peppery Sage Seasoning Blend into 1 pound ground turkey, pork or chicken. Salt to taste (we recommend about ½ teaspoon sea salt). Form into 6-8 patties or place directly in skillet for crumbled sausage. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer or until crumbles are no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
Suggested Uses:
- Use in place of poultry seasoning in stuffings, gravies and rubs.
- Sprinkle on veggies before roasting.
- Use to season hash browns, sweet potatoes, chicken, pork, egg bakes, browned butter pasta and more.
